About Me
I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, specializing in Regression and Hypnotic DreamWork™, and now offering services both online and in Polson, MT.
My practice includes Past Life Regression (PLR), Life Between Lives (LBL) work, and deep Higher Self connection through hypnosis. I’ve also become trauma-informed and PDA-trained, with a strong commitment to supporting neurodivergent clients, particularly those who feel overlooked or misunderstood in traditional therapeutic spaces.
My healing journey began almost twenty years ago with the study of Reiki. I am a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition, and my path has continued through Earth-Based Energy Healing in the lineage of Barbara Brennan, and Transpersonal Spiritual Counseling through the Healer’s Forum in Los Angeles.
I also bring elements of yogic philosophy, meditation, and breathwork into my practice. In 2016, I became an RYT-200 yoga teacher, with a particular interest in Vedic studies and the energetics of the subtle body. I’ve since developed and taught Yoga with Self-Defense classes, blending trauma-sensitive techniques with practical tools for cultivating inner and outer strength.
As a teen, I was captivated by martial arts, and in 2015, I earned my second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a personal milestone that still inspires my work with confidence, presence, and power.
Since childhood, I have experienced life as an empath and psychic intuitive, and many of the healing techniques I use have been directly taught to me by my Spirit Guides. These teachings continue to evolve through my meditation, spiritual study, and connection to the unseen.
Before stepping fully into this work, I worked in the private sector as a software engineer, co-founding and running two successful California-based tech companies with my husband. Together, we also raise three incredible daughters, and since 2019, we’ve been tending holistic orchards on the beautiful east shore of Flathead Lake.
During the global shift of 2020–21, I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Metaphysical Science through the University of Sedona, and was ordained as a Metaphysical Minister with the International Metaphysical Ministry. While my studies were rooted in Christ Consciousness and Christian spiritual philosophy, they also embraced many world traditions, offering an inclusive and multidimensional lens on divinity.
It’s deeply important to me to honor the unique Divine connection in each person, and especially in each of my clients. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. I believe in co-creating a sacred space where your truth, your path, and your soul’s wisdom are not only welcomed, but seen, supported, and empowered.
